This position is based out of our corporate office in Bloomington, IL. - Employees may have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days per week upon meeting proficiency.
How does a -Client Services -Representative make an impact?
Communicates with clients via phone, web, and email to deliver a best in class client experience by resolving matters related to client services and/or billing. (Examples include: coverage, quotes, policy changes, processing payments, reinstatement requests, and policy change impacts to premium.)
Completes calculations and transactions accurately to make policy changes, modify policy coverage, and/or collection of premiums from clients based on underwriting, accounting, and billing services guidelines and best practices.
Enters communication records and other data into various company systems for information transfer to the Financial Representative, call center management trending reports, or other organizational areas.

Job Requirements:
Do you have what we're looking for?
Demonstrated success in a client facing sales, retail, food service role or similar role.
Strong communication & problem solving skills. You will be responsible for owning timely resolution of complex service situations, and minimizing client effort.
Ability to use -multiple computer programs simultaneously to research, resolve, and document requests.
Typically requires high school diploma or GED.
Additional Information:
Positions start on Monday February 14th, 2022.
Starting annualized salary is $35,600 which is $17.67 -per hour.
Must pass Property/Casualty licensing exam (supported by training) within 90 days of first attempt. (Tentative exam date: Sat 2/26/2022).
We are open M-F 8am CST - 7pm CST, Sat 9am CST - 5:30p CST. Holidays and Saturdays are business as usual and you should expect to work.
Training hours are 8am CST - 4:30pm CST Mon-Fri from February 14th to March 11th, except two days during the first week where you will work 8am CST - 5:30pm CST to satisfy pre-licensing requirements (typically Weds & Thurs). During mentoring you will work the same hours as your mentor.
Upon completion of mentoring, your work week will include four weekday shifts and one weekend shift. Effective Saturday, March 19 th. - Your work hours will be 10:30a.m. - 7p.m.
This position requires handling a high volume of phone calls, emails and web inquiries in a production environment.
There may be extended periods of confinement to work station during peak periods.
This position may require working alternative work shifts, including evenings and weekends, on a regular or rotational basis as determined by management
All schedules are subject to change based on business need.
Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate
