Overview: Are you a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Accounts Payable and ERP systems? We are looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst to support our client's financial systems, both legacy and next-gen as part of a major transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to be positioned directly with the client manager and make a visible impact in a high-profile modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for the PeopleSoft Payables system, including issue troubleshooting, PeopleTools upgrade testing, and assisting tech analysts with incoming requests.
Support the Coupa Accounts Payable system and related modules (Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay).
Serve as a Technology Analyst (TA) on the ERP Financials Modernization project, migrating from PeopleSoft Payables to Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables.
Conduct detailed fit/gap analyses, define requirements, and contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, functional teams, and technology groups to ensure effective solutions and timely delivery.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes and workflows.
Strong background as a Finance Technology Analyst, particularly on large-scale ERP implementations.
Proven ability to analyze, design, test, and implement ERP solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to clearly articulate business needs and technical solutions.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with PeopleSoft Payables
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payables
Familiarity with Coupa (Procure-to-Pay - Invoicing, Suppliers, Coupa Pay)
