JOB TITLE: MATERIAL HANDLERDURATION:6 MONTHS CONTRACTLOCATION: St-Aurora,ILPAYRATE:$16/hr on W2Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Duties:- Operate various types of forklifts, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, and lift trucks- Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage racks- Move products and materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts- Perform order picking and ensure accurate inventory management- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentSkills:- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures- Proficient in using various types of forklifts, including reach trucks, clamp trucks, and lift trucks- Ability to safely load, unload, and stack materials using a forklift- Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on forklifts*We are an equal opportunity employer.
