The Project Manager serves as project liaison and is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Acts as point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated marketResponsible for all aspects of the projects including maintaining and increasing revenue objectivesPrepare RFB and Project BidsSolicit new customers and bid opportunities within market areaManage project/work order development from initiation to closureBe accountable for project resultsWork with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to manage project/work orders, scopes, goals, required resources, budget and timingComplete work cost estimates and structure, work with coordinators on billing, invoicing and WIPProvide customers with schedules and timelinesClearly communicate expectations to team membersResolve any issues and problems throughout projectEffectively manage project scope by ensuring completion of change orders to document and approve changesRecruit and manage appropriate staffing resources and sub-contractorsTrack, report and provide status to customersResponsible for providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to all team membersResponsible for developing tools, procedures, and best practices for all team membersResponsible for evaluating and assessing results of projects and work ordersThis is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and a matching 401K..

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or related field preferred.
