Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time First Episode
Psychosis Project Representative to work at our Bloomington, IL

psychiatric hospitals, crisis units or in agency office.
Conduct outreach to increase referrals to the FEPP Program.

(FEPP) Program staff and consultants as identified in the FEPP

culture, language, sexual orientation, disability, literacy, and
gender in the target population.
Facilitate and coordinate overall FEPP team activities, including
weekly FEPP team meetings (1 hour per week).
Engage in regular consultation meetings with the FIRST Program
Coordinate monthly CBt-p consultation with the BeST Center's CBT-p
Participate in monthly multi-disciplinary first episode psychosis
Prepare program documentation and reports.
Attend all required trainings and meetings associated with the
