Job Description:

The Village of Peoria Heights, Illinois is currently accepting applications for part-time firefighters.We are looking for applicants with an Emergency Medical Responder license, but an EMT license is preferred. Basic Operations Firefighter certification is necessary, but the fire department is willing to consider training prospective candidates. Minimum age is 18. Salary is based on qualifications and experience.Should be willing to work 8 or 12 hour shifts on a fire engine, responding to all emergency incidents throughout the Village of Peoria Heights, up to 32 hours per week paying $15-$20 hourly based on experience.
