If you're interested in performing compliance audits to assist with independently evaluating the Bank's compliance practices, our Compliance Associate role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance audits to evaluate the Bank's adherence to regulatory compliance regulations as well as compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
• Research laws, regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Gather data, identify and recommend solutions, and document relevant information for compliance audits through a variety of methods including interviews, research, downloads, etc.
• Collaborate with Bank management to identify practical corrective actions to address recommendations and assist in maintaining a system to monitor the disposition of such corrective actions.
• Prepare clear and complete compliance audit observation summaries that include the results of the compliance audit objectives and scope as well as applicable conclusions, recommendations, and action plans.
• Maintain sufficient independence from Bank management to clearly demonstrate objectivity in matters affecting audit conclusions. Who You Are
  • Bachelors degree in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years' Banking and/or Compliance experience preferred Who We Are

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
