Allied Universal is hiring a Behavior Detection Officer Manager/ National Trainer in Bloomington, IL Be Apart of a Growing Company in a Leadership Role! Pay Range between $30.00/ Hour- $36.00 /Hour (Depending on experience. ) A Behavior Detection Officer Manager/ National trainer is required to travel at least 1 week for training, & 3 additional weeks per year to train personnel in the Arizona, Texas, Georgia locations Applicant must have previous Law Enforcement/ Military/ Corrections Experience Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, provides rewarding careers that give you a sense of purpose. RESPONSIBILITIES Direct management of armed Behavior Detection Officer team in Bloomington, IL Indirect management of Behavior Detection Officer teams in Arizona, Texas, Georgia Training personnel in the Behavior Detection program for all locations Training personnel in tactics for security encounters Interviewing/Hiring for new BDO candidates QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Military, law enforcement, or corrections experience Prior experience in a leadership role Ability to obtain BDO program instructor certification Firearm's Control Card Baton, handcuffs, pepper spray certification Expertise and ability to speak to problems/solutions regarding security operations/threats Travel - at least 1 week for training and 3 additional weeks per year to train personnel in the Arizona, Texas, Georgia locations Comfortable Using a Computer or Tablet Customer Service Experience Perks and Benefits: Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions Flexible part time and full-time schedules that fit with your personal life goals Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities We offer attractive Pay Options!
