Accounts Receivable Analyst - Direct Hire

Our client is a well-established international distribution company! Looking to add to their accounting team, this A/R role requires a minimum of two years of accounting experience, preferably within the distribution, or manufacturing industry. Work with a team of folks in accounting handling day to day A/R including cash application, collections and updating customer files.

Responsibilities:

• Performs the day to day processing of accounts receivable transactions including collections and cash application
• Apply payments in accounting software
• Researches and resolves payment discrepancies
• Handle business to business collection calls via phone and email
• Records all incoming payments
• Maintains accurate accounts receivable aging.

Qualifications:

• Two plus years of accounting experience including accounts receivable
• Associates degree in accounting a plus
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers
• SAP or ERP experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution a plus

Salary upto $55K with a comprehensive benefit package
