As a Senior Business Analyst within the Operations Continuous
Improvement (OCI) division at COUNTRY Financial, you will partner
with various business areas to drive out business processes and
project requirements to move projects forward for the Life/Health
division. This role will also work closely with our IT partners to
help ensure quality project execution and delivery. The ideal
candidate would have experience with Life/Health products,
services, and operations.
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are currently
limiting the number of employees in our offices. This position will
begin working in a remote capacity and will be expected to return
to the assigned office location following a broader return to work
How does a Senior Business Analyst make an impact?
- Understands business change needs; assesses business impact of
those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements
and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with
- Takes the lead in assisting with the business case, eliciting
requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and use
requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process
change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance,
installation and deployment.
- Clarifies, updates and improves the business processes impacted
by technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or
more systems to support needs and processes.
Do you have what we're looking for?

- Strong problem-solving skill set.
- Good facilitation and communication skills (written &
- SAFe Agile execution knowledge and experience.
- Typically requires Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of
business analysis, project management, information technology or
related experience (or equivalent, such as 7 years of experience or
Master's degree and 3 years of experience).
