Systems, is seeking a full-time Dental Manager for our Bloomington,
Exciting opportunity for experienced dental practice manager!
Chestnut seeks the right candidate to establish its new dental
clinic from the ground up. Duties include recruiting and hiring
staff, coordinating privileging and credentialing for providers,
managing daily operations, and serving as a member of family health
center management team. Collaborate with colleagues who provide for
patients’ integrated primary and behavioral health care under one
roof. You’ll enjoy working in our beautiful 29,000 square foot
building which recently reopened following an $8 million

Recruiting and hiring staff.
Coordinating privileging and credentialing for providers, managing
Serving as a member of family health center management team.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare
administration, business administration or similar discipline with
additional training and supervisory experience in a dental clinic,
health center or dental practice environment; OR a high school
diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) years dental clinic
management experience and a minimum of three (3) years supervisory
experience in a dental clinic, health center or dental practice
Comprehensive knowledge of dental office procedures and use of
dental and office equipment is required.
Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software
Must have an extensive working command of Microsoft Office Products
and practice management and dental electronic medical records
Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent
interpersonal and organizational skills, and discretion with HIPAA
and other confidential information.
Must be able to work independently and manage several tasks and
staff at one time.
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and
professionally with a diverse group of people and maintain
appropriate working relationships exercising good judgment and
