This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement the
talent acquisition strategy for a reputable Richmond, Virginia
staffing business. You and your team of recruiters will effectively
manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process,
provide consulting and guidance to internal clients and complete
projects that enhance the recruiting experience. As a recruiting
leader, you will be seen as a subject-matter expert and will be
passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative
recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class
What You'll Do:
Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to
identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate experience
from identification and engagement to offer extension and
Team Management - lead a team of experienced, high-performing
recruiters. Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and
inclusion. Invest in and elevate your team to greatness.
Work with a remote and distributed team that effectively
leverages online collaboration tools.
Analysis - Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis of
talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams,
clients, and candidates.
Key initiatives play a critical role in leading important
organizational initiatives beyond the scope of your day-to-day

Skilled in a variety of recruiting-related tools including, ATS,
sourcing tools, databases, etc...
At least 5+ years of experience as an agency Recruiter
Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service
Bachelor's degree is preferred
At least 2 years of experience directly managing a team
At least 4 years of experience in Recruiting including full life
cycle, research, and sourcing
