Job Description:
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic
Inventory Supervior to oversee our inventory management processes.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our supply chain operates
efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of
our operations. Position Summary The primary responsibilities of
this role will be to manage the inventory control system, manage
daily cycle counts, Root Cause Corrective Action analysis for
inventory discrepancies, report findings to management and make
recommendations for improvement as necessary. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Manage and implement inventory management/control
procedures Provide directions and guidance to the inventory and
transportation teams Conduct routine inventory audits and physical
cycle counts to maintain accurate records Identify and resolve
inventory discrepancies, shortages, and other issues Coordinate
with other departments to ensure timely issuance of inventory items
Develop and improve inventory management procedures Additional
tasks as business needs require Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field. Minimum two (2) years
professional experience in inventory control Exemplary math and
analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with focus on
data analysis in Excel While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to sit or stand for a minimum of
