/> Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned and
dynamic Permanent Associate Attorney with a strong background in
labor and employment law to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have experience in ERISA, defense, document review, written
discovery, depositions, and motions briefs. This is a fantastic
opportunity for an attorney who thrives on delivering exceptional
service to clients and has a passion for labor and employment law.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a
variety of complex cases, providing legal advice and representation
to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and
representation to clients in labor and employment law matters.
Conduct document review and written discovery to gather information
for case preparation. Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and other
legal documents. Conduct depositions and witness interviews to
gather evidence and information for cases. Represent clients in
court, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary. Collaborate
with legal team members to develop case strategies and prepare for
trial. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law to
ensure compliance and provide the most current advice to clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding
their needs and goals to provide the most effective representation.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3-7 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus
on labor and employment law. Must have experience in ERISA,
defense, document review, written discovery, depositions, and
motions briefs. Admission to the state bar. Strong legal research
and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen
attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently and
as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of
confidentiality and ethical standards. Strong interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build relationships with clients and team
members. Proven track record of representing clients successfully
