have immediate openings for Lead Technicians & Air Duct Cleaning
Technicians. As a Technician, you will be the driving force behind
creating spotless, welcoming spaces for our clients. Your energetic
approach and attention to detail will ensure every job exceeds
expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work in dynamic
environments, utilizing professional cleaning techniques to deliver
outstanding results while maintaining a safe and efficient work
process. Duties - Perform thorough cleaning of carpets, upholstery,
tile, grout, hardwood floors, and air ducts using specialized
equipment and cleaning solutions - Follow established safety
protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and
equipment - Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure
quality standards are met - Maintain cleanliness of your tools and
equipment to ensure optimal performance - Communicate effectively
with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent
customer service - Complete detailed service reports documenting
tasks performed and any issues encountered - Adhere to scheduled
appointments, ensuring timely arrival and completion of each job
Skills - No experience required - Current driver's license with a
good driving record - Ability to move and/or lift at least 50 lbs.
- Candidates must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and
background check - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to
quality workmanship - Ability to operate professional cleaning
machinery safely and efficiently - Excellent time management skills
to handle multiple appointments daily - Good communication skills
for interacting with clients and team members - Physical stamina to
stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper
disposal methods - Prior experience in commercial or residential
cleaning is a plus but not required; training is provided Join us
