Location: Bloomington, IL 61701
Working hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days from home

Description:

Handles test strategy and plan for functional and regression requirements testing for accounting, agency compensation, and statistical data.
Designs test cases. Utilizes Excel and other programs to manually validate data files to thoroughly test policy admin system logic.
Coordinates with other users to ensure testing is completely as per requirements. Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved. Plans, documents, and tracks testing.
Handles requirements traceability, metrics, defect, issue and risk management.
Develops test summary reports, dashboards to communicate vital test status, issues, and risks to key stakeholders, and helps in go, no-go decisions.
Responsibilities may also include project management and business analysis needs.

Preferred experience:
--- Previous experience supporting financial systems with a business operations exposure.
--- Thorough knowledge of analysis and testing tools, solid project management skills, and effective time/workload management skills.
--- Possesses proven communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various and diverse contacts in a team environment.
--- Experience with Controllers financial, statistical, and commission systems.
