This position will be assigned to work out of our home office in
Bloomington, IL, our Southern Office in the Atlanta, GA area
(Alpharetta), or our Central Office in the Minneapolis, MN area.
COUNTRY Financial is seeking a highly skilled Integrations
Developer to join our Application Development Integration Tools
team. The team focuses on integrating on-premise and cloud-based
systems which are the core of COUNTRY's operations. This senior
developer role will act as a real-time integrations development
subject matter expert utilizing MuleSoft with primary
responsibilities including designing solutions, translating
business requirements, developing, documenting, testing, and
troubleshooting COUNTRY's integration environment. In addition, you
will be asked to analyze system components to find causes of errors
and revise integration patterns as needed. This role designs,
develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing
software solutions for large-scale proprietary software for
internal use. Serves as technical expert on development projects.
Participates in full development life cycle including requirements
analysis and design. Writes technical specifications based on
conceptual design and stated business requirements. Supports,
maintains, and documents software functionality. Identifies and
evaluates new technologies for implementation. Analyzes components
to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Analyzes
user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine
technical requirements. Consults with end user to prototype,
refine, test, and debug components to meet needs. This position is
part of a job family. Placement will be determined by skills and
qualifications of the candidate. Responsibilities Designs solutions
after gathering business and technical requirements. Develops
software solutions that are high performing and meet technical
standards. Supports testing and problem solvingdebugging of
solutions. Implements software solutions following best practices.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in utilizing IBM Business
Process Management (BPM), Operational Decision Manager (ODMJRules),
Ratabase and other insurance software a plus. Experience with IBM
DB2 and Oracle Database, Siebel and other CRM technologies.
Integration concepts, standards, and development experience
including the industry leading integration vendors and products
MuleSoft, TIBCO BusinessWorks, IBM, Informatica, Apigee, Dell
Boomi, webMethods. Security requirements, web services, SOA, ESB,
design patterns, multi-threaded systems, EDI tools, automated unit
testing, emerging technologies, as well as application development,
testing and programming techniqueslanguages. In-depth knowledge and
hands-on experience on Service Oriented Architecture, Integration
Patterns, SOAP Web services, RESTful services ESBMicroservices, API
Management Concepts, and JavaJEE applications experience.
Experience with DevOps and supporting technologies with version
control systems such as GIT, Bitbucket. Experience with Agile
methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Relevant certifications highly preferred. Required Qualifications
Typically requires Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of
information technology experience OR, Master's degree and at least
6 years of information technology experience OR, At least 10 years
of information technology experience. 1 year of lead experience.
Physical Requirements Normal office environment. Work may extend
