United States of America - Indiana, McLean Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to receive all service calls and work order requests via phone, classified network, or in person from a wide range of customers. The Specialist will be responsible to enter and retrieve information from the automated New Scale database and transfer information into a computerized MAXIMO work management and tracking system, and/or on manual logs. This position will support a 7am - 3:30pm shift Monday - Friday. Primary responsibilities include the following: 1) Handle all inbound and outbound calls in an articulate, professional, customer focused manner 2) Receive and create service/work requests using MAXIMO database. Research, review and complete all WMA External work requests for non-contracted sites (approximately 48 locations) 3) Use two-way radio communications to dispatch response to emergency and routine requests for service 4) Assemble, format and/or author routine correspondences, reports, forms and memorandums from various files or a rough drafts format 5) Maintain electronic and manual files and resources 6) Photocopy and print routine reports and correspondences and distribute to appropriate personnel 7) Proficient in the use of computers and computer software for recording, modifying, tracking and displaying data, development of charts and graphs, and for word processing 8) Record daily events into an electronic log (MS Access) 9) Receive and report AECOM employee queries, injury notifications and call offs in accordance with company policies and directives 10) Support and contribute to company safety guidelines and regulations through receiving, compiling and reporting identified hazards and incidents 11) Order office and operational supplies, as needed Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested Minimum Requirements Customer service experience; one (1) to three (3) years related experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with others in a positive, customer focused manner Ability to adapt to frequent change and a hectic/fast paced work environment High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training in the use of computers for data entry, word processing, reporting/spreadsheets, etc. Must be a U.S. Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications Experience working within a facilities maintenance environment One (1) to three (3) years computer experience (data entry) One (1) year of supervisory or work leadership experience MAXIMO experience desired New Scale experience desired What We Offer When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future .
