Omron Automation - Americas is looking for an energetic and focused
CSC Representative in Hoffman Estates, IL to join our best in class
CSC team. The responsibilities of this position include a broad
range of customer service activities to support our Direct Customer
and Channel Partner sales efforts.
Responsibilities:-- Effectively resolve CSC case inquiries from
beginning to closure in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner
according to documented processes and procedures. Case types to
include:-- Order Entry, maintenance, status, shipping issues and
post billing-- Price and Delivery Guidance-- Expedites to the
proper Omron facility, domestically or internationally.--
Initiating and editing sales adjustments, RMAs, cancellations,
stock rotations and submit for approval before entering them into
the JDE system. -- Comfortably communicate with customers (internal
and external) via phone and e-mail. -- Compose thoughtful responses
for a variety of requests.-- Answer Channel Partners questions on
price and availability, and provide guidance on self-service
options with training as required.-- Interact with outside sales
and other Omron personnel as required to provide high level of
sales support.-- Contribute to the ongoing learning and success of
your team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through
mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation.
Requirements:-- High School degree or equivalent. - Associates
Degree or higher preferred.-- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
business-to-business Customer Service related position or
equivalent -- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a
high stress environment. -- Ability to establish and maintain good
customer relationships.-- Knowledge of Office 360.-- Knowledge of
JDE is preferred.-- Bilingualism (English, Spanish, French) is an
asset.-- Working knowledge of CRM platforms preferred (e.g.
Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
