Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities Perform all aspects of general dentistry Diagnose and treatment plan for a wide range of cases Provide restorative, preventative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry Deliver comprehensive care for patients of all ages Educate patients and build long-term relationships Lead and collaborate with your clinical team Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication skills with patients and team Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Eagerness to grow clinically, especially in implants and aesthetics New graduates welcome, mentorship provided Experienced dentists encouraged to apply Pay & Compensation $180,000 – $250,000 annually (based on production and performance) 401(k) Health and vision insurance Relocation (moving expense) reimbursement State licensure fee reimbursement Immigration/sponsorship support for qualified candidates Access to advanced implant education program One-on-one mentorship in implants and aesthetic dentistry Immigration sponsorship if needed If you're looking for a practice that will invest in your growth and give you the tools to succeed long-term, we’d love to connect.
