Job Description:
Carle Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Alcohol and Drug
Counselor (CADC) to join our community-focused healthcare team.
This role involves providing expert counseling services to
individuals struggling with alcohol and substance abuse issues,
contributing to the comprehensive healthcare services that Carle
Health offers. Our goal is to integrate advanced medical treatments
with personalized patient care strategies, enhancing overall
community well-being. As a CADC at Carle Health, you will have the
opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovative
research and patient outcomes. Conduct patient assessments to
determine appropriate treatment plans. Develop and implement
individualized care plans focusing on addiction recovery.
Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions. Collaborate
with other health care professionals to coordinate treatment
services. Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress.
Provide crisis intervention as needed. Educate patients and
families about addiction and recovery processes. Participate in
community outreach and education programs. In-depth knowledge of
addiction and recovery principles. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to implement therapeutic
interventions for addiction treatment. Skilled in crisis
intervention and patient assessment. Proficiency in maintaining
accurate patient records. Capability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary health team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
