Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. • Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints. Required Skills/Experience: Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab. Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures. Required Procedural Responsibility Skills/Experience: Equipment setup, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias. Required Infection Control Skills/Experience: Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique. Required Credentials: ARRT required. Shift & Scheduling: Option for 13-26 week contract. Open to 3x12s as well. Will work 2-3 weekends per contract. On-call required as needed, rotating with staff and agency. Call frequency details to be discussed with manager. Special Requests: Block schedule requests can be discussed with the manager. Unit / Facility Details: Parking Cost: Parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during orientation.
