Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Cardiology Licensure & Certifications: - Active IL RN License - BLS (American Heart Assoc.) required Education: - Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience - Knowledge of nursing process, trends, technology, financial and human resources management - Ability to assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and modify interventions as needed - Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback - Competence in maintaining accurate patient documentation and ensuring patient and employee safety Assignment Type & Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Weekend shifts: Rotation Holiday shifts: Rotation Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process, institutional policies, and evidence-based practices.
