Job Description:
Overview Assists the Therapy staff with patient care. The
therapy tech is responsible for the safety of patients while
assisting the therapists with delegated tasks. They are responsible
for correct timing of certain treatments and executing assigned
routine treatments. They are also responsible for cleanliness of
working area and equipment. Qualifications Certifications: Basic
Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association
(AHA)American Heart Association (AHA), Education: Bachelor's
Degree: Related Field; H.S. Diploma/GED, Work Experience:
Responsibilities Assists therapist with patient care – vitals,
transfers, exercises, testing Must be able to instruct and
demonstrate exercises Must be able to stand to exercise patient
approximately 75% of working hours Must be able to assist in
transferring of patients Must be able to document accurately
treatment rendered Cleaning and organizing duties Light maintenance
tasks Assist with data management Assist scheduling and insurance

The compensation range for this position is $15.91per hour -
$25.77per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum
range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The
actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s
experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts
