Job Description:
Coverage Needed Start Date: 03/02/2026 End Date: Ongoing, one
week per month Schedule: Weekday - 8 hours of clinic per day
followed by night call coverage Weekend - 24-hour call coverage
(Saturday & Sunday), no clinic on weekends Clinical Details Trauma
Level: Level I Call: General ENT evaluations and procedures in
clinic, inpatient consults as needed, emergency and after-hours
call coverage EMR: EPIC Requirements Board Certified in
Otolaryngology Active Illinois medical license Active DEA
Certifications: ACLS, BLS CSR License Required Minimum 1 year of
experience Comfortable with both clinic and call responsibilities
Ability to provide consistent monthly availability
