compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated mental
health team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding
of therapeutic techniques and an understanding of both mental
health and co-occurring disorders, combined with a commitment to

but are not limited to:This full-time position will work with adult
individuals (18+) with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Services provided include individual, group, and family therapy. In
addition, services are provided both via in-person and telehealth
sessions.Provide counseling, case management, community support,
and management of individual caseloadsAssessment and treatment
planningAssist with developing and practicing coping skills to
manage mental health/co-occurring-related symptomsAssistance with
developing positive, supportive activities (re-establishing
relationships with friends and family members, support groups,
wellness activities, or identifying/participating in positive
social activities that support recovery)Provide face-to-face and
video individual, family, or group counseling servicesMonitor
clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessaryParticipate in a team-based approach to providing
treatment, including collaboration with clinicians, healthcare
providers, probation, DCFS, and other partners invested in the
individual's recoveryAttend clinical staffing(s) to collaborate
with providers, including case managers, counselors, and clinical
leaders, to coordinate treatmentMaintain accurate and confidential
recordsCompletion of all documentation and tracking promptlyProvide
other duties as assigned, required, or specifically negotiated with
the supervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo supervisory

contact.Requirements:QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.EDUCATION, SKILLS,
and/or EXPERIENCE:Master's degree in counseling and guidance,
social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral
counseling, or family therapy.The ideal candidate will have
experience working with individuals in behavioral health settings
by providing an individualized approach to support an individual's
wellness and recovery.Education/experience to be able to function
as a Qualified mental health professional.An active and
undisciplined LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW license in the State of Illinois
is preferred; the ability to obtain licensure within two years of
employment is required.Must have a valid DL, dependable
