Applications for the Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP) will be considered for -all new grad opportunities,
including Inpatient (Med/Surg, Critical Care, ED, Maternal/Child), Ambulatory (clinic), -and Procedural -tracks. -

Two clinical -instructor references - -a separate e-mail will be sent to you requesting references from your -two most recent clinical -instructors only. -The staff RN is a professional care giver who assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the utilization of the nursing process, nursing trends, technology, financial and human resources within the philosophy of the institution. - The Carle Nurse Residency Program (CNRP) -is an evidence-based, comprehensive soution to assist new nurses in transitioning from academia to practice. -
