**Role Summary:** The Project Manager will lead the implementation of critical business projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage projects and resolve issues and contribute to the overall business plan. **Essential Responsibilities:** Essential Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary customer contact if applicable. + Resolve technical and commercial issues, manage correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate / coordinate with functional managers as appropriate. + Be responsible for on-time delivery in accordance with contract with a focus on the profit and loss responsibility of the project to the business. + Be responsible for mitigating project risks and issues. + Be responsible for the financials on your project(s) including: forecasting and executing to revenue, cost, margin and cash goals. + Be responsible to manage scope including change orders, contract changes, and its impact on your financials. + Lead an integrated project team, including partners, via project management best practices (MS Project schedules, etc). + Be the overall project owner and be responsible for matrix teams including: Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services. **Qualifications/Requirements:** Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college. + Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management in a commercial or defense industry. + Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time, as required.Eligibility Requirements: + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
