Our organization currently operates two award-winning concepts - Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano and Ancho & Agave. We are looking for a Human Recourses Manager to join our growing company. We operate restaurants in eight States and our restaurants average over $4.0 million in annual sales. We have plans to open 8 new Ancho & Agave locations in the next 3 years.

The broad focus of this position is to administer the Company's human resource management program and serve as the employee advocate within the company. The Human Resources Manager will partner with other departments and deliver systems of recruitment, retention, benefits administration, employee relations, corporate and unit compliance, disciplinary procedures. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management, business administration, organizational development or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced, high performance environment
• A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects
