Childrens Home & Aids Butterfly Project provides children and
families who have experienced violence with a comprehensive
continuum of care by offering community education, training, and
direct clinical and case management services. The Butterfly Project
reaches the most vulnerable children and families in Central
Illinois who have not traditionally engaged in family services,
providing an avenue to prevent childrens exposure to violence as
well as an intervention plan for those children who have already
been exposed. As the Case Manager for the Butterfly Project, you
will provide case management services to families receiving
clinical services, helping them reach their goals, connecting them
with community resources, and engaging with the community to
increase awareness and access to services.
Staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to
submit proof of their vaccination status before their start date
unless they have an agency approved medical or religious exemption.

What you'll do:
Provide community-based case management services to assigned
families participating in The Butterfly Project.
Collaborate with assigned clinical staff and supervisor to align
case management services with clinical goals.
Work directly with parents to ensure successful linkage with
community resources, including assisting with making initial
appointments and providing transportation as needed.
Attend and help facilitate community coalition meetings; develop
and maintain collaborative relationships with relevant community
Who you are:
Bachelors Degree or higher in a human services field required.
Experience working with families who have been impacted by violence
Completion of 40 hour Domestic Violence training within one year of
Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Location: Hybrid (remote/on-site/in office), most work will be
completed in home-based and community-based settings in McLean and
surrounding counties (Ford, Livingston, Logan, Woodford); some
opportunities to work from a remote location or assigned office
(403 South State Street) between in-person meetings and events.
Schedule: Full-time, hourly; general business hours with some
flexibility to accommodate clients scheduling needs.
Salary: Range starts at $16/hr; offers are commensurate with
