Energy Conservation Territory Manager (Territory: Mid-West)
Position Summary: The Sales Territory Manager, STM (Marketing Specialist), will be responsible for the management of a specified marketing region, demographic or account. The STM has complete oversight on key marketing decisions within the marketing region, demographic or account. Work closely with, other sales territory managers, the sales and marketing manager, the Drafting Supervisor, Project Manager, Designer/Drafter, Sub-Contractor, Installer and Customer, to execute and complete sales and projects according to the established "Sales Plan".

• Cultivate positive and effective customer and business relationships
• Understand customer's primary business objectives and requirements
• Work with and develop Representative Networks
• Maintain CRM system and sales funnel
• 60% Travel within sales region
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue objectives
• Complete understanding of customer contract terms
• Conduct and organize Energy Survey Measures

  • Mentor for Sales Representatives
  • Develop OEM Accounts
  • Develop/work with ESCOs
    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
    • Understand HVAC System components
    • Understand steam system fundamentals and the corresponding components
    • Experience selling energy conservation measures
      Requirements
      • 2 year technical or business degree
      • Sales management experience with a history of success
      • Ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with integrity
      • Team player and results oriented
      • Excellent verbal, written, computer and technical presentation skills
      • Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation
