National Account Manager - Industrial Distributors (Remote Position)

The Program Manager develops and implements strategic business plans that meet agreed to sales and profitability goals annually. This is a sales leader with a tremendous reputation for cultivating and retaining relationships with key influencers and sales leaders, to accomplish growth goals for LineDrive, our manufacturers and distributor partners . Reports To: Program Management Director What it Takes To Be a Successful Program Manager: Manage and lead current manufacturer programs at distributor corporate location Develop and execute Manufacturer Business Plans Align all efforts to our identified growth drivers Build manufacturer workbooks to understand current state and identify opportunities within the assigned schedule Collaborate with Business Development on field sales strategies Communicate with all client stakeholders using cadence schedule Manage time, travel and budget effectively Understand market conditions, how they impact sales and implement strategy for growth. Regular review of PipeLineDeals to ensure all sales numbers and communications up to date Lead the development and execution of detailed campaigns Lead for quote/proposal development Finding manufacturers for LineDrive to partner with and represent Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution Consistent communication with LineDrive management, manufacturer & distributor management Enhance LineDrive---s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing high level relationships; exploring opportunities to add value to LineDrive Create campaigns, initiatives and opportunities for replication in multi-site locations and verticals Why LineDrive? Pre-taxed 401K plan with a 100% match for the first 4% contributed for all full-time and part-time LineDrivers after one year Mileage reimbursement Company provided laptop, iPad, and iPhone What You Need Under Your Belt to Be Considered: Education: Bachelor---s degree; required Skills & Competencies: Minimum 5 years in a strategic role selling and growing programs into National Distribution Familiar using CRM tools such as SalesForce or PipeLine Deals Ability to understand and align the differentiators our clients provide (product/service) to specific SIC codes (Industry Aptitude) Experienced in building compelling stories to influence multiple influencers to propose our client---s solution to the customers most likely aligned to it Experienced with design and execution of vertical marketing plans Ability to create the ---why on the fly--- to position the right differentiator at the right moment to the right decision maker Accountability on the execution of Scorecard or KPI metrics Demonstrated ability to strategize and think outside the box in a constructive positive manner Must possess high energy and drive with a real desire to ensure a win-win outcome Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills Flexible when priorities shift Demonstrated ability to progressively manage and maintain contacts with established customers Significant closed sales initiated through positive relationships with key distributor and/or manufacturer reps Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Demands: Sitting, particularly for sustained periods of time Airline travel throughout the United States with 10-12 overnights at hotels every month Travel is currently suspended but will resume and is necessary in this position. Ability to walk through end user facilities for up to 5 hours at a time Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: This position works remotely and generally works on the go, in a hotel, at an end user facility or from a home office. Occasionally, Program Managers are required to visit a manufacturing or warehouse facility with varying degrees of noise levels, air quality, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
