Growth Marketing Manager - DigitalCrafts This position works remoteDigitalCrafts is a top-rated technology bootcamp offering web development, cybersecurity and UX design training.As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll create campaigns that introduce our bootcamps to potential students across the United States. This position will run constant, iterative tests throughout the funnel, and use the results to craft data-driven strategy updates that lift key performance metrics. You'll use data analytics and optimization tools to gain insights and iterate to improve campaign success metrics, helping us better target and convert our audience. You will work across a wide range of areas, including brand management, digital advertising, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.You will report directly to DigitalCrafts leadership, and partner cross-functionally with the enrollment, operations, and student success teams. DigitalCrafts is part of the AIU University System, so you can expect to work closely with a larger centralized marketing team, leveraging their substantial resources as DigitalCrafts' internal advocate. A strong candidate will thrive in a flexible remote environment, be equally comfortable managing agencies or getting hands-on, and is experienced with marketing automation, data analytics, and effectively reporting on relevant KPIs.As DigitalCrafts' lead marketer, you will have an exciting array of diverse responsibilities:

  • Own and report on the marketing funnel, including lead generation activities: search, paid social, display, webinars, nurture campaigns and organic content
  • Create, monitor, and test HubSpot marketing automations and drip campaigns (email and SMS) to convert leads to customers
  • Own and maintain many business process automations powered by HubSpot workflows and/or Zapier
  • Test new lead generation channels: podcasts, partner marketing, OTT/streaming advertising
  • Manage and test landing pages; track engagement and experiment to optimize
  • Measure results, analyze data and effectively communicate the impact of campaigns
  • Track the overall health of the marketing funnel conversion rate from lead to enrollment
  • Develop a strong understanding of our target personas to create topical content and campaigns that speak to customers' challenges, needs, and concerns
  • Manage external digital ad agency (and budget) as well as other vendor relationshipsYou have experience with:
    • Data analytics and campaign reporting (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, Facebook and Google advertising, Excel / Sheets)
    • Marketing automation systems (HubSpot and Zapier are ideal)
    • Managing agencies and advertising budgets; reporting on funnel performance
    • Writing content and publishing to a CMSYou're an ideal candidate if you are:
      • A seasoned marketer with 6+ years of experience
      • Data-driven: You use data to inform future decisions or segmentation choices and are comfortable reporting on weekly funnel KPIs
      • An excellent and creative copywriter: You have a knack for writing engaging marketing copy for email, advertising, and blog posts. You know when to be concise and when to dig in more deeply
      • Willing to do the hands-on work: while we leverage agencies and freelancers in some areas, this is a hands-on positionWe're still a young company, so you'll need to wear multiple hats, operate efficiently and independently in a remote work environment, and be comfortable with the quickly changing nature of a growing startup with ambitious goals. Other projects may include:
        • Managing our social media accounts, including identifying and evaluating new platforms, planning content, improving engagement, and measuring results
        • Writing and publishing excellent content for our blog, email campaigns and whitepapers, as well as managing external freelance writers
        • Plan, promote and measure the success of events and webinar
