Job Description Assist with conducting initial screening interviews with candidates, candidate management and communicates results as appropriate. This individual must be able to work independently, act as a positive and contributing team member. Will assist with interviewing; placement, developing and executing proactive recruiting plan and on boarding programs for temporary employees. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, and temporary employees. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Must be able to act with a sense of urgency, Interpersonal and decision making skills are a key component. The right individual should be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved. As required must also be comfortable presenting to and influencing many levels of management both within Kelly and the client. Ability to make decisions with results in mind. Flexible work schedule. Requirements Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary, Some experience in screening, hiring, orienting helpful. Experience with, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees helpful but not necessary. Leadership ability, problem solving and decision making skills required Proficient computer skills including Word, basic Excel and basic PowerPoint - College degree preferred but not required, Human Resources, Marketing or related field relevant experience.
